Hello Parents/Guardians,

Registration is open for Spring Athletics. Please sign into your "Parent Portal" to complete the process. If you need assistance with your portal please cotact Katie in the office via email klowe@isd500.k12.mn.us 

Please note that the following steps NEED to be completed BEFORE your athlete can start on day one of practice to be compliant with MSHSL bylaws (MSHSL Handbook) and Southland guidelines (Activities Handbook).

1. Registration
2. Current Sports Physical on File
3. Payment is Completed

• If you want to pay by check or cash please contact Katie in the office BEFORE you start the registration process. Otherwise, CC payment is required to complete it.

If your athlete is in 7th grade they will need to make an appointment to have a Sports Physical done. Bring the completed form to the office so your registration can be finalized. Please see the information below if you need to make an appointment or you can contact your local chiropractic office. (Physical form is also available in the office)
