Upcoming Wellness Opportunities
Sign up for a ProjectConnect Group
ProjectConnect is a peer-facilitated program that helps students meet and get to know students outside of their social group, and build stronger community on campus. Students meet in groups of 4-6 over the course of six 1-hour sessions and engage in a series of thought-provoking questions and fun activities, ending with a social gathering. Choose from in-person or virtual groups.

98% of previous participants said they would recommend ProjectConnect to a friend, and 95% said they would do the program again!

Sign up for a Body Positive Brandeis Group
Body Positive Brandeis groups utilize the power of peer support to empower people of all identities to engage in thoughtful, meaningful dialogue about their bodies and well-being. These groups meet once per week for eight 90 minute-sessions. 94% of fall 2020 participants would recommend this program to a friend. Groups are open to graduate and undergraduate students.

Not sure if this program is right for you? Come to our virtual info session on Thursday, Feb 11 from 4-4:30 pm ET, or email hawp@brandeis.edu.
Living Substance Free at Brandeis
Don't drink or smoke? You're not alone.

Join a community of like-minded people at this virtual event, where you will hear from a panel of students about their experiences living substance-free at Brandeis, and chat about building a vibrant and meaningful social life on campus.

This event is open to all students; new students are especially encouraged to attend!

  • Brandeis Banter
  • Academic Community Cohorts
  • Conversations That Matter
  • The Jewish Learning Fellowship
