Support the Alpharetta Chamber by Getting Involved!
The Chamber is putting a fresh new spin on volunteering and is rolling out five specialty Teams, each with a specific focus year round – helping those team members become experts in their focus area. The Teams include:

  • Sponsorship Team, matching companies with their best-fit opportunities to support Chamber events
  • ARM Team, recruiting and supporting establishments for Alpharetta Retail and Restaurant Months
  • Talent Team, finding and recommending great speakers who are experts in their fields;
  • Tangibles Team, acquiring donations for events year round to serve as giveaways, auction items, raffle items and prizes
  • Tournament Team, planning and executing logistics for our annual Clay Shoot and Golf Tournaments.

Do you have interests and skills that would lend itself to any of these areas? Get in touch with Melody Cookson at memberservices@alpharettachamber.com, and be connected with that Team Captain to find out more. The Chamber is also always recruiting outgoing folks who love to connect people for our Member Ambassadors Program. Lend your time and talent to improving your Chamber!
February Fireside Chat!
We want to remind you about our next Fireside Chat on food insecurity. The event will take place on Thursday, February 25, from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m.

Guest speaker Jon West, Vice President of Partner Relations for the Atlanta Community Food Bank, will lead the discussion on trends in hunger and how to think and act strategically and innovatively by coordinating community resources to increase food access. As we continue through COVID-19 and beyond, we need to find strategies to provide better access to food for children, seniors, and financially vulnerable individuals.

You can register for this event here. The event is free and open to the public!
