Hi Friends!
We have a super fun, hard working crowd of people at our classes this session! I wanted to invite you to join us. Maybe the school year kick off was a little too chaotic for you. Maybe the heat had you hunkering inside. As we head into fall we would love to have you for the first time, or welcome you back.
All the Tuesday/Thursday one hour classes are a great size with a room for a couple more participants. Our Monday/ Wednesday 30 minute 9:30am classes are pretty popular and people are always shocked at how quickly they go by, especially when use to hour long classes. Our Monday 30 minute 6:30am is real small and we would be happy to have you make that part of your routine. Remember, you can always come to different class than you "usually" attend if it works better for your schedule from week to week.

If you want to do drop in rates- Hour long classes are $20 and 30 minute classes are $10. Prorated session rates below!
All you need to do is decide it's time, lace up those shoes and show up to any of our our classes. We will gladly welcome you into the fold of some intensly hard working new sweaty friends.
