Clubhouse After-Hours

Last Thursday, the newly renovated Clubhouse in Parma Heights served as the backdrop for PACC’s latest networking event. Attendees enjoyed an impressive assortment of appetizers generously provided by owner Ted Wall, while getting an up‑close look at the refreshed space and its updated amenities.

Cox Charities Community Investment Grants

Cox Communications employees recently surprised the Footpath Foundation with a special $20,000 Employee’s Choice grant as part of their Cox Charities Community Investment Grants. With this grant, the Foundation’s Outdoor Adventures program will deliver free, high-quality outdoor, science and social emotional learning opportunities to low-income Parma youth. The support helps kids build academic skills, confidence and well-being through hands-on nature-based experiences.

Cox Charities, a charitable initiative of Cox Communications, is fully funded by Cox employees and business partners. The funds raised are invested annually as Cox Charities Community Investment Grants to organizations that align with our focus areas of youth innovation with programs focused on science, technology, engineering, arts and math (STEAM); conservation and sustainability initiatives; and equal opportunity.

“Giving back isn’t just something we do at Cox, it defines who we are. From funding local nonprofit grants to volunteering our time, we show up with heart, purpose and a true commitment to the community,” said Steve Iannazzi, Cox Cleveland Market Leader and Chamber board member (pictured on right).  “I’m incredibly proud of the difference our team continues to make.”

In addition to the Employee's Choice grant, Lakewood Public Library and GiGi's Playhouse Cleveland were each awarded $10,000 for a total investment in the Cleveland area of $40,000 to area nonprofits.
