Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

I am excited to share some next steps in ministry at Signal Crest. As you may know, we are now offering two blended worship services (9 am and 11 am) in the Crest Center and beginning Easter Sunday, April 4th we will move to the 9 am being in the Crest as a Contemporary service and the 11 am back to the Sanctuary as a Traditional service. We will continue to livestream worship (including the 11 am service once in the Sanctuary). We have also received approval to offer nursery beginning March 21st. See below for more information on nursery and how to reserve a spot.

In addition to these worship opportunities, on March 21st and 28th, our K-3 children and their parents may join Ms. Rachel in-person downstairs in the Children's area for a time of "Family Church" and watch worship together while Ms. Rachel also leads families in activities to help them transition back to in-person worship. On Easter Sunday, April 4th, our K-3 children may come downstairs during worship for an "Easter Celebration" at both the 9 am and 11 am services.

13 month old's through Pre-K will be eligible to stay in the nursery. You must reserve a space for your nursery aged children here. The sign up will open on Mondays for the following Sunday and will remain open until capacity is reached. This is both for Sunday mornings and Sunday evenings. Please note we will not be able to feed children food or bottles and no strollers or bags will be allowed in the room. Children 2 through Pre-K may wear a mask but it will not be required. Nursery staff will wear masks, clean the room between times, and follow CDC guidelines for diapering.

Along with the addition of a second service and these offerings for families the next few Sundays, we will be expanding our in-person ministry opportunities for nursery, children, and adults on Sunday nights as well beginning March 21st from 5 pm to 6:30 pm. Our Youth have already been meeting in-person on Sunday nights from 5 pm to 6:30 pm in the Crest Center and will continue to do so.

The following entrances will be open on Sunday evenings:
Children's area door (back of church)
Crest Center
Front Door

At each of these entrances you will be asked to sign in and have your temperature taken. Masks are still required but waivers are not.

I am excited we are able to move forward in ministry at Signal Crest as we look to brighter days ahead as this pandemic evolves and prayerfully ends. Please know we are doing what we can to keep each other safe and ask you do the same out of love for your neighbor in Christ. For those who are not yet able to return in-person we understand and you are a vital part of our church family. Online worship and other online studies and fellowship opportunities will be available until we can all be back together again in-person.

God Bless,
Pastor Josh
