Capturing KM Visits KMMS STEM's Upscaled Design Showcase
Recently in the KMMS STEM Workshop and Design Lab, 50 seventh grade students showcased their upscaled design projects. The students learned about the product life cycle (resource extraction, production, manufacturing, transport, use, disposal) and had to take materials' life cycles into consideration when designing and building their products. Check out the video to see upcycled products like chairs made out of skis, a new take on the lazy Susan, crazy-cool lamps, a suitcase chair and more!
