Signs of Struggle

Supporting undergraduate students who are showing signs of struggle is more important than ever this term. Please help us identify struggling students as soon as possible, so we can offer help and encouragement. Signs of struggle can include missing classes and assignments, or changes in behavior and class performance. You can submit academic alerts in Navigate, ETSU's student success platform for a few specific concerns:

  • Encourage Class Attendance
  • Encourage D2L log-ins
  • Refer for Tutoring
  • Refer for help with non-academic needs

Once submitted, dedicated staff in advisement will reach out to the student for the appropriate support.
