This week I was reminded just how important it is to know your numbers! If you've ever watched Dragon's Den or Sharks Tank - it is the one thing repeated over and over again, with many deals being lost because the presenter doesn't know their numbers! Amazing how you think you know your numbers until you actually start documenting them! While we revise our business plan every quarter and do so for many of our clients as well, if you don't know the numbers you could be misguided in your plans!
