We made it to Friday, and we made it through July! 🎉

Thank you to everyone who has submitted their July Quarterly Assessment payment. We truly appreciate those of you who have paid on time, as well as the residents who have reached out to set up a payment plan.

If you're unable to pay your balance in full, please don't wait until your account is sent to collections. We would much rather work with you to establish a payment plan beforehand. Our goal is to help you stay in good standing while avoiding additional collection costs whenever possible.

It has been a busy week of working on the open projects and processing payments, so there isn't much to report on this week, so I wanted to let you know how the search is going for a New Community Manager! - see below.

Manager Updates:

⭐Community Manager Search - Update:

The search for a new Silos Community Manager has been moving along! As of today, we have had 36 Candidates, 5 screened through our CCMC Talent Acquisition Team, 2 have been interviewed by your VP (me), and 2 are going in front of the Board for their second round interview.

Once the Board selects our new Community Manager, I will personally work alongside them to ensure they are fully trained and set up for success before I transition offsite.

My expectation is that the level of service, communication, and responsiveness you've experienced over the past 30 days will continue. My goal is to make this transition as seamless as possible for both our residents and the new Community Manager.

Thank you for your continued patience and support throughout this process. I look forward to introducing our new Community Manager as soon as the Board has made its selection!

Project List:

• Flagpole Light - We have the American Flag flying at the Farmhouse all day and night, so we needed a light to shine on it. - One was installed this week!
• Metal Fencing around the Pool and Playground - On Hold for further review.
• "SILOS" Monument Lights - Waiting for parts to arrive, so we can get them installed!
• Compliance Process Review - In progress
• Landscaping Projects (Mulch and Dead Trees) - More proposals requested
• New Silos Office Phone System - proposals requested
• Bulletin Board for HOA Fliers (will be placed near Book Library) - Delivered, working with vendor for install.
