Good Afternoon Silos!

Just a friendly reminder that your July 2026 Quarterly Assessment is due by July 31, 2026. Payments received after this date will be considered past due.

To avoid late fees and interest, please submit your payment online or in person (check or cashier's check/money order) by 5:00 PM on Friday.

Need to drop off your payment after office hours? No problem! We have a secure drop box located at the Farmhouse. Please be sure to include your property address and/or account number on the memo line so we can apply your payment to the correct account.

If you need more than 30 days to make your payment or currently past due on your account, please don't hesitate to reach out to Cassie or Maryah. We'd be happy to work with you to set up a payment plan to help you avoid additional charges and prevent your account from being sent to the Association's attorney for further collection.
