Delinquency Stats
As of 6/30/2026, 323 accounts are currently
delinquent on their Silos Quarterly Assessments over 30 days,
totaling $402,853.17
- 103 of the 323 accounts are turned over to the Association's Attorney for further collections.
-
Payment Plans are an OPTION, so please reach out to us if you need to get set up on a Payment Plan before your account is turned over for further collections - the additional fees at that point may be astronomical.
- Accounts that are Delinquent over 30 days will have their Amenity Access revoked until the account is paid in full or they are active on a Payment Plan.
Why is the Delinquency Stats so important?
Delinquency statistics reflect the amount of assessments that have been billed but have not yet been paid by homeowners. These assessments are the Association's primary source of operating income and fund the day-to-day expenses that keep our community running.
When assessments become delinquent, the Association has less cash available to pay for services such as landscaping, maintenance, utilities, amenity operations, and community improvements. While these unpaid assessments are still recorded as income that is owed to the Association, they are not available to be used until they are collected.
