In 2023 Silva Capital traveled to D.C. for the NAPEO Capital Summit which coincided with the first National PEO Week. We proudly sponsored the CEO Forum which hosted Pamela Talkin, the first female Supreme Court Marshal

Later that year Wanda spoke at the NAPEO Annual Conference in Florida, leading the WIN Session on how to become more active in NAPEO.

In 2023 Wanda Silva reached her 5 year volunteer milestone with Wellstare Hospice Care and was presented with an award in honor of her service and dedication.

“I lost my Father, Mother and Sister to cancer. We were blessed with the love and support of Hospice. I now serve as a Volunteer at Tranquility at Kennesaw Mountain where we provide competent, compassionate end-of-life care for our patients. I am also honored to be on the 11th Hour Team where we provide a supportive presence in the Final Hours of Life”
