WEDNESDAY - THURSDAY

on a reservation basis from 9:00 AM to 2 hours before dusk.   

FRIDAY - SUNDAY 
9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Last reservation time is 3:00 pm.

Shoot and Event Results
SW "Members Only" Summer Eve Event 
  
  was held on August 7th
 

Everyone enjoyed a lovely buffet of appetizers, wine and beer. Last year we enjoyed live music throughout the evening, this year we had a world class Photographer shooting portraits for families and individuals on the course;
 here is a sample of Kurtis Kristianson's portrait work.
  
 This is the Laye family, local members and hunting enthusiasts.  



  
  
 
More local support, Silver Willow donated to the Carstairs skate board park
fundraising efforts.  

   

 
Upcoming Events

Andrew Harvison, English shooting instructor, gun maker, and gun fitter, will be returning to Silver Willow on August 26th, 2015 for a few weeks.

  • Sept 12 - Calgary Oilmen Shoot - 100 (Invitational)
    This shoot is hosted at Silver Willow however you need to pre register with the Calgary Oilmen Assoc. and work within the Oil industry to participate. Call Jim Anderson at 403-512-9678 or email [email protected] for more information.

Shane and Zabrina Livingston  
  
Shane shot for the first time at Silver Willow during the Crop Production Services fundraiser event for the High River flood victims. Shane and Zabrina are avid hunters, yet shooting clays was a new sport to them just 2 years ago. They live in Carstairs with their two sons, in fact you may see their son Walker at work from time to time at Silver Willow. They are both avid registered shooters and Shane is already a AA class competitor with CNSCA and A class with NSCA. That's pretty quick success in only 2 years. Shane is also a Silver Willow Guide, helping with our many corporate events and a Marshall on the weekends when he's available.

Want to improve your score or just learning the sport ? 
 
Private and semi private lessons are available at $100.00 per hour for one person or  $110 per hour for two people. Gun rental, ammo and clays are extra. A minimum of 1.5 hours per lesson is recommended. Check out our website page under Instruction for all the details.
