Winter Classic Shoot
Dec 30th
It was a cold but sunny winter day for the annual Winter Classic. We had a great turn out considering the cold weather. Congratulations to Bob Ferguson who was our winner with a HOA of 82/100. To see the full scoring check out our website under Shooting.

This years toy drive was a huge success!! We received approximately $3000.00 in toys and a lump sum of approximately
$800.00 in cash & gift cards. WOW
Pictured above is members of the Carstairs Lions and co owner Gwen Day with just a few of the huge array of toys donated.

The toys were collected from our members and the Calgary Fire Fighters, through their toy collection. A special thank you to Gord and Joanne Robb.

It's become quite a tradition and a way to give back to our community. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you
to everyone who participated and make this effort, just so incredible!

This year the majority of the toys and cash were donated to the Carstairs Lions Club for their 2019 Christmas Hampers and the a nice variety of toys also went to Didsbury Christmas Hamper group.
The 50/50 JACKPOT POOL

Each shoot this year, we offer two "Golden Flash Targets" with a Jackpot pool opportunity. There is an option to pay $10.00 per person to be included in this pool. There will be two hidden flash targets in each shoot, if you hit the target you will either win half the cash pot or split it with the one other shooter. The remainder of the 50/50 jackpot will stay in the pool until the next shoot and continue to build throughout the year.

The Jackpot as of the Winter Classic Shoot went unclaimed so it's now at $710.00 rolling into the Frosty Finger January 18th, 2020 !
