NEW - International Wobble Trap Station

We would like to announce the new International wobble trap station within the skeet field @ Silver Willow. Adding yet another shotgun shooting discipline for members and guests. The International wobble trap is designed to be a practice range, for International Olympic trap shooting competitors. Even though its only one machine, it gives all the angles and speeds of the 15 machines that are used in Olympic trap. It operates using a Blue Controller (please ask for this from our reception staff) It is both voice and button activated, using your Sporting Clay targets.

NEW - Corporate Christmas Party Availability

Looking for a place to host your Christmas Party? Our cookhouse is a private facility, just the right place for groups up to 70 people. We have Friday & Saturday nights available from Nov 6 to Dec 14th. Evenings from 5:00 - midnight. The cookhouse will be beautifully decorated for the Christmas season. Full buffet meal choices will be Turkey, Ham or Steak with all the fixings. You can bring your own alcohol. New Station Shelters

Advertising Opportunity on our New Station Shelters for the spring of 2020. Our hope is to put up shelters at almost every station, and you can sponsor one. The starting cost is $1500.00 covering the first three years of advertising. (this will include a large advertising sign on the back of the shelters that are planned for spring of 2020) following the first 3 years there will be an annual fee of $175.00 per year for renewal. Stolen Thoughts or Lessons Passed On I’m not sure I’ve ever had an original thought. Everything there is to think has already been thought by someone else. This submission to musings is no different. For the life of me I can’t remember the source, but thanks to the guy who originally posed the question and to the shooter who shared it.   The story goes that the shooter was standing on the trap range as things were getting set up. Apparently, he appeared to be one slice short of a loaf. A friend, realizing that he was not in a good frame of mind for a successful shoot, walked over and handed him a slip of paper. All it said was; Why are you here?
