Fall Turkey Shoot
October 5th
This is always a fun event. We had a good turn out and it was perfect weather for fall shooting . The HOA winner was Steve Clough with a score of 93 out of 100. For the Turkey shoot we gave out 13 ham's & 13 turkey's.
After the sporting clay shoot, we hosted a Turkey shoot which consisted of a number of different shooting games by the Duck Pond.
We handed out 12 turkey's and 8 hams to the winners of the games.
It was truly a BLAST!!

The 50/50 JACKPOT POOL
Each shoot this year, we offer two "Golden Flash Targets" with a Jackpot pool opportunity. There is an option to pay $10.00 per person to be included in this pool. There will be two hidden flash targets in each shoot, if you hit the target you will either win half the cash pot or split it with the one other shooter. The remainder of the 50/50 jackpot will stay in the pool until the next shoot and continue to build throughout the year.
The Jackpot as of the Fall Turkey Shoot is running at $480.00 rolling into the Winter Classic November 30th.

Licensing and Firearms Paperwork
AUTHOR: LUTHER CUTTS, HEAD INSTRUCTOR (NSCA LEVEL 3), COMPETITOR
In Canada, the ownership, use and possession of firearms and ammunition is primarily governed by two federal statutes – The Canadian Firearms Act and The Criminal Code, as well as the Regulations found under both of these pieces of legislation.
There are three categories that firearms can fall into under these statutes – Non-Restricted, Restricted and Prohibited.
