Spotlight on Support: Nutrition Program

Good nutrition is essential for healthy aging—but shopping, cooking, or even getting to the store can become difficult over time. That’s why Access Care Partners’ Nutrition Program is here to help older adults and individuals with disabilities stay nourished, connected, and independent.

We offer home-delivered meals and Community Table lunches that are both nutritious and delicious—providing more than just food on the plate.

What We Offer:

🍽️ Home-Delivered Meals

Nutritious, ready-to-eat meals delivered right to your door, perfect for individuals who

have difficulty preparing meals or leaving the house.

🍎 Community Table Meals

Hot lunches served in local community settings, like the Granby and South Hadley Senior Centers, where older adults can enjoy a healthy meal and friendly conversation with others.

And we’re proud to partner with Delaney’s Market—a well-known and beloved name in Western Massachusetts—to provide high-quality, flavorful meals that our consumers look forward to every day. All meals meet rigorous nutritional standards as set forth by the

Executive Office of Aging & Independence.
