We are thrilled to announce that Sincuidados has officially been recognized as a Firewise Community, certified by the National Fire Protection Association! During our meeting on October 26, 2024, Scottsdale Fire Department Captain Steven Hunter presented Sincuidados HOA President Bruce Wargo with our Firewise signs. Captain Hunter also shared valuable fire prevention insights with the many residents who attended, underscoring the importance of this achievement for our neighborhood's safety and preparedness.

As we work to protect Sincuidados from fire risk and control invasive plants, we need more hands on deck. Volunteering with the Firewise/NAOS team is a great way to contribute to the safety and beauty of our community. Walking around our beautiful neighborhood should be a pleasant experience, but recently, it’s been hard to avoid a pet-dropping encounter. All pet owners should be carrying a bag to clean up after Mabel or Jasper. If you see a fellow resident without a bag, kindly remind them there are newly installed dog waste stations, one near the Dixileta Gate and another by the Main Gate, in addition to the one located at the trailhead for Lone Mountain.



Please also remember that all dogs should be kept on a leash. Off-leash pets face significant risks, from encounters with snakes, bobcats, and coyotes to the tragic possibility of being struck by a vehicle.

In response to frequent requests from residents for reliable service recommendations, we’re excited to announce plans for a "Suggested Vendor List" on our community website. This list will feature vendors recommended by neighbors for services like painting, plumbing, and landscaping.

If you have a trusted service provider you'd like to recommend, please send their name and contact information to Regina at reginasincuidados@gmail.com. Note: Vendors listed are not affiliated with the HOA Board; they’re simply professionals that other residents have had positive experiences with.
