Single Family Tax Credit Allocation Plan – Technical Amendment

The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) presented Single Family Tax Credit programmatic guidelines to the OHFA Board on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, that have now been posted on the Agency’s website.

The 2024-2025 Single Family Tax Credit Allocation Plan – Technical Amendment First Draft is available for review and comment. The guidelines are available here.

OHFA is accepting comments until Friday, September 6, 2024, at 5 p.m. EST via SingleFamilyTaxCredit@ohiohome.org.

4% Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) with Ohio LIHTC and 4% LIHTC with Bond Gap Financing (BGF)

The State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2025 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) is now available on OHFA's Ohio LIHTC website. Additionally, the 2024 4% LIHTC with BGF AHFA is now available on OHFA’s BGF website.

Applicants in the 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC and 4% LIHTC with BGF rounds must use the most recently-posted AHFAs. OHFA will not accept AHFAs from other program rounds, such as the 9% LIHTC or 4% LIHTC Only open round. 

As a reminder, the Proposal Application deadline for both the SFY 2025 4% LIHTC with Ohio LIHTC and 4% LIHTC with BGF rounds is Thursday, September 12, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST. 

2024-2025 9% LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) with 2025 Technical Amendments: Public Comment Period

OHFA presented the second draft of the 2024-2025 9% LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan with 2025 Technical Amendments to the OHFA Board on Wednesday, August 21, 2024, and they have been posted on the Agency’s website.

The second draft is available for review and comment. The guidelines are available here.

OHFA is accepting comments until Friday, September 6, 2024 at 5 p.m. EST via QAP@ohiohome.org.

Notice is hereby given to all persons interested in the federal LIHTC program administered by OHFA that a public hearing will be held to receive comments for the 2024-2025 9% LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) with 2025 Technical Amendments second draft. The time and call-in information for the hearing is as follows:

Interested persons are invited to attend the virtual public hearing and will be given the opportunity to express their views concerning the allocation plan. Comments may also be submitted in writing independent of the hearing and will be considered equally by OHFA.

Comments must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, September 6, 2024 and may be submitted to QAP@ohiohome.org.
