Central York School District invites our faculty, staff, students, families and community members to join us for a very special 13th Annual CYSD Diversity Celebration!

Place: NEW Location - Central York High School, 601 Mundis Mill Road, York
The evening will feature food from around the world, vendors showcasing community organizations and school groups whose work centers on promoting the importance of unity and acceptance for ALL, as well as entertainment in the Central York High School Auditorium. There will be children's activities, entertainment and more.

Keynote Speaker is
Dr. Fady Sahhar, president of XtraGlobex, Inc. Dr. Sahhar and his firm recently partnered with PennCares Support Services (formerly UCP of South Central PA) to launch a new initiative for youth and adults with physical and intellectual disabilities. Known as PennWorks, the initiative focuses on training, job exploration, certification and employment supports, in collaboration with The York County Economic Alliance, Central York School District, The Spring Grove Area School District, Lincoln Intermediate Unit #12, The Center for Independent Living Opportunities, and XtraGlobex, Inc.
We are also pleased to announce that our entertainment will feature
Mr. Peter Bottros, who will perform a community concert sponsored by the Central York School District and featuring the talents of many Central York students of ALL ages. Peter's concert will begin at 7PM in the Central York High School Auditorium.

THIS EVENT IS FREE, AND WE INVITE YOU TO BRING A CANNED GOOD OR DONATION FOR OUR PANTHER PANTRY FOOD BANK TO HELP US STOCK OUR SHELVES FOR THE COMING MONTHS. FOOD & HOUSEHOLD ITEMS CAN BE DROPPED IN BINS INSIDE THE PERFORMING ARTS ENTRANCE ANY TIME DURING THE CELEBRATION.
