Hello to our Sip & Sample Social Exhibitors!
We are thrilled to welcome back some incredible friends, and welcome new ones, as we approach our Annual Sip & Sample! This event would not be the success it is without your amazing support!
This email shares everything you need to know about the event. So please review it thoroughly to ensure a smooth experience for your teams and our volunteers.
Below, you will find information, tools and resources to ensure that you have everything you need. Should there be anything outside of this email you require assistance with, please don't hesitate to reach out to General Manager Mike Crabbe. He would be happy to assist you.
Event Details
Venue: Oxford Auditorium, 875 Nellis St, Woodstock, ON N4S 4C6
Move in: you can begin to set up after 4:30pm and must be done by 5:50pm Timing: Guests begin arriving at 6pm and the doors close at 9pm

There are a few things that you are going to need to complete in order to ensure that you are up to code for this event. You will find these links below.
- Complete your Exhibitor Incentive Form and submit it by March 12
- Complete Exhibitor Manual (Beverage or Food) and return by March 12
- Answer the question below about hydro. We have limited spots, so please only request if it is a REQUIREMENT for your table.
- Complete the SWPH (Southwestern Public Health) Form by March 18
