When the mom of my son's kindergarten friend invited me to join a Moms in Prayer group at their elementary school, I had no idea how God would use one hour of prayer each week to impact our children, their classmates, teachers, administrators, bus drivers, and the entire school campus. All I knew was that when I attended my first Moms in Prayer meeting, God's presence and peace were unmistakable.
As we began praying His Word over our public school, we watched Him transform not only our school, but also our own lives. We witnessed His power in extraordinary ways. Children heard the Good News and surrendered their lives to Christ. Teachers came to faith and started a Teachers in Prayer group. A bus driver began a Bible study at the bus depot. And there were countless other answers to prayer, reminding us that God is always at work.
