Haven't heard about Brunch and New Beginnings? Get more information below.
I want to celebrate an important shift in how we think about ourselves so I’m ushering in the New Year with a “soul coaching session” for Black women to prepare for 2023. And you’re invited!

In my day retreat Brunch and New Beginnings, I’ll guide you on your self-care journey.

This is an invitation to take time for YOU.

RSVP and get a complimentary group 60-minute post-session follow-up to support you. I will check on how you are implementing your action plan.
EVENT DETAILS
Brunch and New Beginnings is a half-day Self-care Intensive designed to empower you with the tools and the language to create an everyday practice of self-care, self-love, and healing.

In this interactive, results-driven Self-care Intensive you’ll:

  • Create a self-care action plan.
  • Get the guidance you need to hold yourself accountable for creating the balance, healing, joy, and health you want and deserve.

Individual and group exercises will reveal the following:

  • You CAN find the time you need to care for yourself.
  • You aren’t looking for lost keys or a misplaced cell phone.
  • Time is infinite and ever-present.
  • Time is your ally, not your enemy.
  • Take the time you want.
  • Create the time you need to connect with yourself.
  • No is a complete sentence. The world won’t end if you say it, even to those you love.
  • Yes, when said to yourself can be an affirmation.
  • If you have a deficit of JOY in your life you CAN rebuild your JOY account.

After the Self-care Intensive you will have the option of registering for a follow-up group coaching session.

Make 2023 the year of the new you or the even-better you!
NOTE: This will be an intimate gathering. To acknowledge safety concerns in this still-Covid era. You will be asked to bring evidence of your Covid vaccination.
“The session with Marita was nothing less than transformative.”
