Tu B’Shevat commemorates the “New Year for the Trees.” In the spirit of this holiday, the seder is a call to action; it is a celebration of our relationship with nature, a time of education and reflection, and an opportunity to look at our impact on the world around us and change the way we interact with our environment during the coming year.
