Identify yourself as having a Sit Means Sit SMS system. 3. The collar is fully covered and SportDog will troubleshoot the problem with you to determine if a replacement unit is necessary or if just a replacement part is required (i.e. antenna, charger, etc). 4. Send your broken/damaged unit in to SportDog once you receive the return shipping label.
NOTE: SportDog does not require a proof of purchase for the 'Red-Faced' Sit Means Sit units. ALL other systems will require a proof of purchase in order to service the warranty on the units. As long as the receipt reflects amount of sale for the item, date, and which franchise sold the unit, it will be honored. Even a hand written receipt from a carbon copy receipt book will suffice.
