Through the Site Visitors' Lens

I hate to be a bother. When should I call JC or Jennifer?

Anytime you need help, guidance, assistance, or need to vent. We are here to support you, and the only silly question is the one you don’t ask! We also learn from you, by helping you through your experiences.

Best Practices in

Site Visitors often state they wish they could work on the report simultaneously. While this is not possible at the moment, consider creating a shared Apple Notes or Google Doc that the team can use as the site visit progresses to document areas of concern, strengths, weaknesses, recommendations, or notes on items that need to be reviewed or discussed later.

What if...?

Snowpocalypse has landed, and your scheduled site visit has gone completely virtual. The program director advises they are unable to access student records because the campus is closed for weather and they can’t get to their office. How do you complete the visit?

Adapt and overcome! First, reach out to JC or Jennifer to keep us in the loop. We will likely advise you to have the program director show you as much as possible virtually (tracking systems, LMS, admissions, etc.). Anything the site visit team is unable to view (e.g., hard-copy terminal competency forms) should be uploaded to ShareFile the next business day for review so the team can submit the report. Pick a representative sample - don’t ask for them all!
