* Chilled from divorce
* Idle in your career
* Burdened by a job loss
* Void of life purpose
* Missing loving relationships
* Afraid that "empty nest" means "empty future"
* In need of executive presence
* Unable to "just move on"

Clients, across the US, are working hard but not smart because there is a lack of clarity, vision, goals, optimized work environment, accountability or good work/life balance in place to produce exceptional results. So fear, bureaucracy, personal agendas and cynicism have grabbed hold when what they want is rekindled passion to create the best product or service in their industry, be the provider of choice and be fulfilled by a lifestyle friendly business.

Your fears about money can run your life, goals, and emotions. It affects your leadership and ability to make sound decisions.

Tips to Get Over Head Trash About Money

1. Search inside yourself to identify your fear because it's running your life.  If you fear being poor - you see yourself poor.  If you fear being a failure then you see yourself as a failure.

2. Have the courage to risk being vulnerable in the face of fear.  Don't shut down.  That is precisely the time to open up.  Relax and move toward what scares you about money. Observe it as the sport of the day.  It is outside of you, not in you.

3. Let your money fear go and be open to opportunity.  When you feel the lightning rod of money fear about to strike, say, "Hello. I see you there trying to protect me. It's ok - I've got his one."  Allow your money fear to simply pass through you like everything else you experience.  You are worthy of all the good that comes from the world - including being financially healthy.

4. Let go if expectations and perfectionism. Fear hates change so it sets expectations and convinces you those are goals.  Then it works busily to be perfect.  Let down is likely.

5. Claim your space be defining your vision. Who are you without the money fears? In this space create a budget that fits your vision. Create measurable strategy that is the conduit to your vision.

6. Live in the moment.  Don't be married to an expected outcome. Your vision is set and the form it will take may surprise you.  It may be even more fulfilling than you thought.  Dance in the magic of every precious moment.
