2020 TTF Annual Silent Auction Goes Online!

AROUND THE STATE FOR 90 YEARS!  Our Auction will be very different this year as we adapt to social distancing to keep our attendees safer. We are excited to be able to offer online bidding for all auction items whether you are attending the 2020 Convention or not. Anyone can go online and bid. Again this year, Greg Shipman has volunteered to be the Committee Chairman. The committee members Craig Kendall, Randy Hooper, Catherine Stuart, Donna England, Dave Huneryager, Ashlee Taylor, Perry Wilson, Sarah Heffington, Josh Ray, John Seeman, Maggie Roney, and Julia Harcourt are taking time from their very busy schedules to put in the challenging work of emailing and calling from their contact list for donors. Don’t wait for a call from one of the committee members. Just go ahead and make your commitment to the 2020 auction by clicking HERE to access the Auction site. You can register to bid when the auction opens, make a donation, or find out when the Auction goes live. You can also call Catherine Stuart, Foundation Coordinator, at (615) 777-2882. The items don’t have to be large (but we will take those as well)!  Maybe you could purchase or put together a nice gift basket. They always go well. Other popular items are jewelry, electronics, tickets to sports events and equipment, gift sets, collector items, and of course, GIFT CARDS. If you don’t have time to pick something out, you can help by just making a cash donation to the Auction fundraiser. Everyone loves our auction event each year. Your donation will help make it both fun and a successful fundraiser!
Preview our Silent Auction Items Now!
Our Silent Auction is just around the corner. Since this year you will bid online, you can also go ahead and preview all of our auction items now! We are so excited for this new program and for all of the wonderful donation items we have received so far. If you take a look at our auction items and think of something you want to donate as well, there is a donation form on the home page. To preview the items, click here. Once on our website, just click "ITEMS" in the top left-hand corner.

2020 Raffle Tickets Sales Are Essential This Year!

This year has been a real challenge for the Foundation to have revenue generated activities. Raffle Ticket sales are our last chance to generate revenue for this unprecedented year. On August 19th, we can begin selling the Raffle tickets. Here is the link which will be live on August 19th. You will be able to purchase from that link. Even though not all the Road Team Captains will be attending convention this year, we are still going to have the ticket sales contest. We will send out a separate email blast once the tickets are available to purchase on line with a link to that site. At that time, you may purchase on line or you can call the TTA office at (615) 777-2882, or email Catherine Stuart at cstuart@tntrucking.org. We will also take your name for your future purchase. You won’t be invoiced until after the link goes live, so you can budget for your tickets and let us know what month you want to be called for purchase up to November 1st. We will be contacting those of you who have purchased in the past to give you the opportunity to purchase your tickets. You will receive the tickets once they have been invoiced and payment is received. Our goal is to sell out the tickets early so we don’t go to the last minute wondering if all tickets will sell. Raffle proceeds benefit the Tennessee Trucking Foundation's Highway Safety Education Programs. This program has really grown over the past few years. Our 29 Road Team Captains now have safety presentations for ages from kindergarten up to our aging population. We know that once our Nation recovers from the pandemic, they will be back in the schools, senior citizen centers, and public events across the state. Please help with this fundraiser so they can continue to save lives in Tennessee.
