Dear Sixth Grade Families,
We are very excited for our first Friday Feature—Sixth Grade’s Parade of Idioms! Due to limited space and parking, we have a few important details to share to help the morning run smoothly.
Please arrive no later than 9:15 A.M. to allow enough time to park and check in. The parade will begin promptly at 9:30 A.M.
Parade Route
The parade will begin with scholars traveling through the 5th–2nd-grade halls, then continue outside, where families will be gathered to watch. Afterward, scholars will travel back through the Kindergarten and 1st grade hall.
Parking & Check-In
Parking will be available along Ardfield Drive, Breton Ridge Street, and at the front entrance. Mr. Pertuso and Mr. Probst will be outside directing traffic. Please be mindful of the No Parking Zones on Breton Ridge Street. The normal rules of traffic always apply.
After parking, please enter through the main entrance to receive your visitor badge. We will then escort groups outside to the viewing area. To help expedite the check-in process, please email Mrs. Hopkins by Wednesday, September 2 if you plan to attend.
We cannot wait to see our sixth-grade scholars “steal the show” with their creative idioms!
