Dear Skålleagues,
Here is a menu update for our Wednesday, November 29, member meeting at 6:00 p.m. at The Factory South Shore in the Sheraton at Station Square.
Menu
First course: New England Clam Chowder
Entrée: Choice of one
- Pan-roasted Amish chicken with heirloom grain salad and lemon-tahini sauce
- Red wine braised short rib with mashed potatoes, pearl onions, and baby carrots
- Vegan/Vegetarian Option: Ratatouille with yellow squash, zucchini, eggplant, potato, and bell pepper
Dessert: Factory cheesecake with berries
One drink ticket is included.
Price: $75 per person. Guests welcomed!
Cash donations and a 50/50 will be accepted to benefit the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank. Jennifer Zgurich, the Director of Corporate and Community Giving, will briefly talk about the food bank's mission and how you can help people facing food security issues.
