Shaping Tomorrow

The Shaping Tomorrow initiative has been a significant undertaking of the Executive Board over the past two years, establishing the strategic direction for the future of Skål International.

The programme has progressed through the following phases:

  • 2025: Research and ideation
  • 2026: Planning and development
  • 2027: Consultation, finalisation and presentation of the proposed changes for consideration and vote at the Cadiz Annual General Assembly
  • 2028: Implementation

We encourage all members to listen to the full presentation here during the 2026 Annual General Assembly, where the proposed changes were explained in detail, providing a better understanding of the initiative and its objectives.

A quick Q&A guide has also been prepared to address the most frequently asked questions. We invite you to review it here.
