The Skål International Executive Board is pleased to present a snapshot of the work carried out by its Directors and their respective Committees. This overview highlights key activities, achievements, and initiatives across all portfolios, reflecting the collective progress and strategic direction of our organization.

Shaping Tomorrow - Progress Report

In 2025, the Skål International Executive Board undertook an initiative to develop the Shaping Tomorrow strategy, aimed at creating a leaner organisational structure, enhancing governance and operational efficiency, and strengthening the international prestige of the Association.

The invoice corresponding to the 2026 international membership fees was issued on 2 January.

If you cannot locate it, please contact the General Secretariat as a matter of urgency.

We also recommend reviewing your Account Statement in the Officers Dashboard, as you may have outstanding balances in addition to the annual invoice.

As approved by the Executive Board, all unpaid dues will incur a monthly penalty of 5%, so it is essential to complete both the update and the payment within the established deadline.

BEFORE MAKING THE PAYMENT

Please speed up the membership renewal process by informing the General Secretariat of:

• Member resignations

• Transfers

• Category changes

• Any new member applications pending approval or clarification

Once the payment has been made, no adjustments to the invoice will be possible.

For information on how to complete these processes, you may consult our video tutorial here.

For enquiries: finances@skal.org for payment-related matters, membership@skal.org for membership-related matters.

Florimond Volckaert Fund -2025 Year-End Report

This report summarizes the Fund’s key activities, achievements, and impact during 2025 in supporting education and professional development within Skål International.

It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to our dear friend Bruce Jellard, who celebrated a life that was lived with purpose, dignity, friendship, and heart

Bruce reached the wonderful age of 85 this past December, and in that time, he built a life that spanned countries, careers, friendships, and generations. He chose to make his home in Bali, but his influence and friendships stretched far beyond any single shore.

Bruce was, at his core, a gentleman of the world.
