Dear Skål USA Club Delegates and Members,
Your Skål USA Executive Committee has scheduled the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and National Committee Meeting (NCM) on Thursday, May 20th starting at 1:00 pm EST. These meetings will be held virtually from Orlando. The AGM will be held first immediately followed by the NCM.
The draft agendas for these meetings can be found in the “Members Area” of the Skål USA Website located here. Also, you will see proposed changes to the Skål USA Bylaws and Articles of Incorporation that will be voted on in the AGM. To register for the meetings, please click the following link: AGM REGISTER.
To establish the eligible votes for the AGM/NCM 2021, the Club membership count will be confirmed by Skål International, as of May 5, 2021, midnight in Spain, headquarters of Skål International. Clubs having 15 to 65 active/life or retired members will have one (1) vote. Clubs with 66 or more active/life or retired members will have 2 (2) votes. Young Skål members do not count towards club votes.
Based on their current membership counts, as recorded by SI, the following Clubs are projected to have 2 votes:
* Boston
* Hawaii
* New Orleans
* New York
* Orlando
* Tampa
* Washington DC
