Happy New Year everyone,
As you all know on January 1, 2020 Skål International launched the 1st phase of Digital Transformation with the roll out of the new Skål.org website. As is common with any rollout of this magnitude there was bound to be problems and issues and this was no different. We understand and appreciate your frustrations and please understand that your Skål USA Executive Committee is committed to working with Skål International in Spain to get these issues resolved as quickly as possible.
We are aware of many of the issues you have communicated to us concerning the website and we understand that there may be more issues that come up. Please continue to send your feedback and suggestions to us and we will share will Skål International. I believe that in the end this website will be fixed and fully functional and will be a great representation of our brand as we move into a new decade.
I am looking forward to a great 2020 and we as your Executive Committee will be highly focused on assisting you on the Club level to grow your membership base. We are also working on starting or reactivating several Clubs in 2020 and we will be looking for your help in finding qualified members in some key cities in the United States.
As your 2020 Skål USA President I want to let you know that I have an open door policy and I would love you hear from any of you at any time on your thoughts and suggestions to help us restore our rightful place as the premier organization in the Travel & Tourism industry.
