The final round of the 2022 WSCGA Team Championship at Forest Lake Club was thrilling. The day was tough with consistent 15 mph winds and a formant of Modified Alternate shot. Skye Two Hawks Skenandore/Lea Venable went into the final round 2 shots behind the leaders, Jayne Pardus/ Kerry Rutan, but that didn't keep them from playing hard. Skenandore/Venable were steady throughout the whole round to post a 72 in the final round. Team Pardus/Rutan turned at one over, but with a couple untimely swings on the back they went onto post a final score of 77, resulting in Skenandore/Venable securing the 2022 WSCGA Team Championship with a two day even par total (144).

Team Lee Burton and Dawn Swit had a great first round of 68 to give them a four shot lead going into the final round of the 2022 WSCGA Championship State Division. Burton's and Swit's consistency proved to be untouchable in the final round by posting another under par round (71) to extend their lead and take the State Division Championship with a two day total of 5 under 139.

Winning the First Flight by a scorecard playoff was the duo of Charlotte Twitty and Karin Wolfe. Twitty/Wolfe posted an eight over 80 today to edge out the team of Jeannie Atkinson and Deckie Jones.

The Second Flight was won by the team of Susan Christian and Luke Myers carding a 76 for a two day total of 156. Finishing second in the Second Flight was the team of Mary Shultz and Julie Stevens.

Five shots separated the leaders in the Third Flight between Hall Bickman/Tricia Reid and a tie of Lynn McElveen/Cheryl Windham and Janet Bowers/Kay Hall. Hall/Bowers edged out McElveen/Windham with a 166 two day total in a card off for second place.

The Fourth Flight top three teams consisted of Mary Jones/Doris Fisher, Kathy McCurdy/Linda Morris, and Cathy Robinson/Lola Bradshaw. Jones and Fisher took the Fourth Flight championship shooting a 176 to beat McCurdy/Morris and Robinson/Bradshaw by one shot.
