This Workshop starts with fundamentals. Learn the 6 foundational kettlebell moves and how to teach them.
You will also learn more advanced moves and add a second kettlebell to your exercises. Not only will you increase the size of your exercise library, you will learn how to designate each exercise with each body part and develop an exercise program with purpose.
You will leave with the confidence to teach and program kettlebells specific to your target audience, with reference materials as support.
