Intro

Intro has been working hard this past month and they love creating their program with Coach Stacey!! It's fun for them to be on the ice with Beginner. They can't wait to keep skating and prepare for the Pep Rally!
Beginner

Beginner has been "working" it, and just finished their car wash-themed program. They push themselves at practice, and they are ready to show their stuff at the Pep Rally. They are also so excited to dance with their older Skymates at the Pep Rally party & auction!
Central Park Beginner

Central Park Beginner is off to a wonderful start. The line is extremely committed and
excited to be back training for the season. They LOVE their music, and everyone sings at off-ice. They are looking forward to Pep Rally and cheering on the other Skyliners lines!
New Jersey Beginner

Skyliners just wanna have FUN! These skaters are loving being on the ice as a team. It's so fun to be training with their NJ Preliminary teammates, their awesome coaches and many Skyliners from New Jersey who help us and cheer for us! It's good to be an NJ Skyliner!
Pre-Preliminary

The Pre-Preliminary line is off to a great start and getting settled in their new home in Darien. They are bringing out their inner cowgirl and are working hard on their routine. They cannot wait for the Pep Rally and the competitions to begin! Go Pre-Pre!
Preliminary

The Prelim line is off to a great start at their new practice rink, Darien Ice House! They have been working hard on the ice to learn their program. Off the ice, they are practicing getting their skates on and off in record time (3 minutes!) and having fun learning the Skyliners songs and cheers. They enjoyed a team-building pizza party next door to the rink at Chocolate Works, where they decorated their own chocolate creations and enjoyed getting to know each other. The whole line and their families are excited for a great season. Go Prelim! Go Skyliners!
New Jersey Preliminary

These skaters are ready to shake it and are already wow-ing friends and family at the rink with their speed and enthusiasm! They are pumped to be training hard and preparing for Pep Rally. They can't wait to compete in New Jersey for friends and family as well.
Pre-Juvenile

Pre-Juvenile is enjoying a fantastic start of the season, learning their program and bonding together as a team! In late August, these “Pink Ladies” had a successful boot camp at Chelsea Piers and are settling in at Westchester Skating Academy for their weekly practices. The girls had a delicious lunch at Tomato, Tomato during boot camp and learned to (“hand”) jive together as a team. Pre-Juv is excited to perform their upbeat, fun program for the Pep Rally and cheer on the other Skyliners lines!
Juvenile

The 2019-20 season is off to a great start for Juvie! The skaters have been hard at work each week, building on their skills and teamwork! Coaches Natalie and Nikki have been busy perfecting the program and designing the competition dresses! We can’t wait to share them with friends and family at Pep Rally!!
Intermediate

Coaches Josh, Pam and Nikki have been working hard to prepare the Intermediate skaters for Pep Rally. And the girls are loving the challenge, learning new moves and working seamlessly together as a team! The girls are looking forward to debuting their spellbinding program and stunning costumes for all their parents, families and friends at Pep Rally. Go Skyliners!
Novice Black

For Skyliners families, September is not just “back to school” month, it also marks the official beginning of the regular weekly practices with our wonderful coaches, Pam and Natalie. The Novice Black skaters are so happy to finally hit the ice full speed, working on every detail of each segment, laboring over perfecting their edges, twizzles, spirals and turn combinations. Our line knows that we will face some tough competition this season, but we know we will be successful because we will put all the strength and talent, all the hard work and time into this and it will pay off. Go Novice Black!
Novice Blue

Early in August, Novice Blue kicked off the start of the season with a very successful boot camp in Lake Placid. The skaters instantly bonded over team picnics, downtown shopping, room sharing, and plenty of time spent together at the rink. Endless effort and dedication, and positive energy and excitement, came together on the ice as the skaters worked to twizzle, spiral, and spin their way through the new program. The skaters now turn their focus toward the upcoming Pep Rally and the exciting season ahead, and are looking forward to “A Whole New World” this season!
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR JUNIOR & SENIOR LINES, ONCE AGAIN REPRESENTING TEAM USA INTERNATIONALLY!
Junior

Junior is working hard and getting ready for their highly competitive season. For the 13th season in a row, they have been selected to represent the United States internationally as Team USA. Their current assignments include the California Cup in Anaheim (designated an international event this year), with more to come! They have had USFS monitoring (where they perform their programs for international officials) and are finessing their programs' intense choreography. Junior is excited to see their competition attire and receive their official Team USA apparel. They look forward to a fabulous competition season!
Senior

Senior is starting the season strong, working to have two extremely competitive programs. For the 8th season in a row, they have been selected to represent the United States internationally as Team USA. Their current assignments include the California Cup in Anaheim, and more to come! They have had USFS monitoring, and are focused on fine-tuning their technical elements. September was a busy, exciting time for Senior, as many are attending college for the first time! We wish them all a successful year both on and off the ice!
19 YEARS
OF SKYLINERS
Skyliners was established in 2001 by a group of parents who wanted to create the most competitive synchronized skating club in the tri-state area. In that first year, the team had three lines - Preliminary, Juvenile and Intermediate. Nineteen seasons later, Skyliners has grown into one of the top synchronized skating teams in the country, now 14 lines and 240+ skaters strong. While the majority of the skaters reside in the tri-state area, we also have skaters from Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Wisconsin. Our resume of achievements includes 29 Eastern championships, 15 National championships, 8 International gold medals, historic back-to-back Junior Worlds Silver and Bronze medals....and 13 years designated TEAM USA.
