Skyline Closes Investment in Apex International

Skyline Global Partners LLC is pleased to announce the close of a minority investment in Apex International ("Apex" or the "Company") in June 2024. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Apex International is a premier contract manufacturer of niche personal care and over-the-counter products. The Company produces hair care products, bathing products, lotions, deodorants, sunscreens, detergents, and more. Apex is a trusted value-added partner for its blue-chip customers to manufacture their premium and reputable brands. The Company offers high mix, low volume and diverse one-stop-shop capabilities including product ideation, formulation development, testing and quality control, packaging design, raw material sourcing, manufacturing, and logistics. It has two FDA registered manufacturing facilities totaling over 250,000 square feet. The Company was founded in 1999 and is based in Eden Prairie, MN.
