10 Non-Profits Respond to the Crisis in Ukraine

As the humanitarian crisis in Ukraine worsens daily, Non-profits are answering the call for help. NonProfit Pro has detailed the noteworthy efforts of 10 organizations raising funds and offering aid. RMI client Project Hope has raised over $237,000 thus far via social media fundraisers on platforms such as Twitter and Discord. Project Hope teams on the ground are assessing medical facilities in Ukraine's hardest hit areas, as well as determining the needs at the border, readying pharmaceuticals, medicines and medical supplies for refugees.

AAUW Spotlights the Life and Legacy of Nancy Grace Roman

The American Association of University Women (AAUW) is highlighting member and American Hero Nancy Grace Roman
in their web series Faces of AAUW. Known as the “mother of the Hubble,” Dr. Roman was the first chief of astronomy at NASA and the first woman to hold an executive
position there. She was instrumental in making the Hubble Space Telescope a reality. She was a pioneer in the scientific field during an era where women were discouraged from such pursuits.
