7 Essential Questions: Who Is Jesus
Matthew 16:13-16

This is the first Sunday in the Lenten Sermon Series 7 Essential Questions. Both lifelong Christians and people on the edges of the church have some of the same basic questions about life and faith. Lent is the perfect time to explore these questions. Questions like: What matters the most to God? Am I Accepted? Where is God? What Brings Fulfillment to Life? And today the most important question: Who is Jesus? These questions lead up to Easter when we talk about hope for life, life after death and celebrate Jesus' resurrection. I hope you will join us for Lent and Holy Week.

Kids attending in person will see the story in the sanctuary and if you sheltering at home join us for story time during the live stream. 2021 Ice Storm
Thanks to our Volunteer Tree Clean-up Crew

Thank you to Carlton Shelton who cut up the tree at the entrance of Slash which fell during the ice storm February 12-14. The tree was blocking our driveway and a portion of Mount Hermon Road. Joining him in the preliminary cleanup were David Bremner, Kevin Bremner, Reggie Martin and Roger Martin. Roger and Carlton brought in a back hoe and tractor to aid the work.

The road and driveway are clear now but we will finish the cleanup when we can.

When you give to Week of Compassion, you deploy resources to people in need all around the world. Through sustainable development projects, our partners help provide life-giving water and other critical resources that help communities reinvent and reimagine what is possible. When water comes to a village, people are safer, healthier, and more free to pursue learning and growth opportunities, and share more than just water.
