Sleep deprivation in teens is a major health crisis leading to damaging chronic problems such as obesity, hypertension, and headaches; as well as difficult behaviors like irritability, difficulty concentrating, poor school and sports performance , dangerous driving , and depression. Right now, all across Nevada, teenage patients are suffering from preventable disease simply because they do not get enough sleep.
