Last week I announced the Mid-Summer Tee MAL (Make-A-Long) that kicks off on August 3rd! I've talked to a lot of excited customers this week which has leveled up my excitement. I've added a few more kits and samples to the event page on the shop website and I've created a Ravelry Project Bundle featuring summer tees that are showcased in the shop.

The Sleeping Beauty Tee

My friend Kathy shared the Sleeping Beauty Sweater pattern by Elenor Mortensen with me a few months ago and I knew right away that I had to knit it! I had some new yarns that I was trying to find a project for and everything clicked into place!

I chose Twisp by HiKoo and Footprints by WoolAddicts.

Twisp combines the long soft fiber of Pima Cotton, the luster and drape of Bamboo Viscose, and the breathable durability of Hemp into a soft and radiant yarn. It feels so soft and comfy next to my skin.

Footprints is spun from a blend of cotton, wool & nylon. Colorful strands are plied together to create a painterly palette that is fun & interesting to knit.

Kits are available in the pink/periwinkle/tangerine palette that I used and in a green/natural/nightshade palette that Rae picked out.

Party of Five DK Mini-Skein Sets are Back

Everyone's favorite Mini-Skein sets are back in stock...a shipment of Party of Five DK Mini-Skein sets arrived this week! I've added a few new colorways including Bayport and Cake Shop.

I created the Party of Five DK Beanie pattern specifically for the DK weight set. I also discovered the stunning Drachenfels Wrap that would be a fun project for a Party of Five set!

These sets are an easy way to play with color without the worry of mixing and matching yourself.
