Upcoming Colorado Real Estate Commission vacancies
The Division of Real Estate will have three vacancies on the Real Estate Commission coming up in April 2021 (two real estate broker seats and one public member seat). This five-member Commission meets bi-monthly to conduct rulemaking hearings, make policy decisions, consider licensing matters, review complaints, and take disciplinary action against real estate brokers.
If you are interested in being considered to serve on this real estate Commission, please complete the Governor’s Office of Boards and Commissions online application and select “Real Estate Commission”

According to the COVID-19 Dial, Eagle County is currently in Level Orange. With the current Public Health order. It is much easier to determine which level each county is in with this system - and if you are working in different markets. You can see the restrictions based on each level for real estate, depending on the color.
