The projected 153-room hotel is set to feature top of the market amenities, 5,000 square feet of retail and restaurant space and a parking garage to accommodate hotel guests and the general public. The hotel will be developed on two parcels of land located at 580 Elkcam Circle and 870 Park Avenue on Marco Island, Florida.
