Underwater Galleries - A Small Business Story on Perseverance Through Adversity
When Ruth Flores of RLF Ceramic Design Center LLC discusses her small business, she tells a compelling story full of grit, hard work, and surprises.
Ruth built a national company from scratch, made an incredible discovery, and was ousted from her own company after a legal dispute.
Still, she did not give up on creating ceramic décor for aquariums. Through the help of SBLC Pro Bono Attorney Jackson MacDonald, this small business story found a happy ending.
In 2018, the SBLC has focused on developing and giving presentations either in other languages or with interpretation into other languages throughout the Tri-County Area.
We expect to serve 325 clients in 2018, a record high for the SBLC! Please consider donating to the SBLC. This is the sixth year in a row that we have increased the number of clients served.
