Holiday Magic on Main Street will run December 4-19, on North Main Street from Weller Lane to Carlo Street. Festive decorations are just the beginning. We’ll be bringing in a portable synthetic ice rink, live music, outdoor movies, a Santa photo station, family activities, food trucks and opportunities for local businesses to be showcased as vendors and sponsors. Some nights will have special theme nights with activities designed to appeal to different ages and interests. We anticipate the two-week event will draw as many as 15,000 people to Main Street over the course of the 15-day period!
Most of the event action will be contained to the parking lot underneath the Calaveras Boulevard overpass and in the evenings on Winsor Street, but on weekends will also extend up the sidewalk in front of the Milpitas Library.
There are still opportunities for Milpitas businesses to join the fun:

Join us Onsite as a Vendor. We are still have a few spots available for nonprofit booths, holiday gift sales booths and activity vendors. Milpitas businesses will be given first priority. Vendors will pay a flat fee to the City for their space, provide their own tent, truck or cart, and keep 100% of their proceeds.

Advertise on Stocking Stuff Savings Night. On December 6, we will have a special giveaway for the first 300 families to receive a stocking full of coupons from local businesses. We will accept coupons from sponsoring businesses at no charge, and non-sponsors are also welcome to take advantage of this fun advertising opportunity for $20. All businesses must provide 300 copies of their own coupon. Coupon can be an 8.5 x 11 sheet tri-folded or smaller. Our sponsor JP Graphics is willing to print your coupons free. If you would like to take advantage, email your coupon to rgeneral@ci.milpitas.ca.gov by Friday, December 3.

Become a sponsor. We still have sponsorship packages starting at $500, for both cash and in-kind sponsors. A description of sponsorships is attached. We are looking for in-kind sponsors to provide gift certificates and gift baskets that can be used as contest prizes on our various theme nights.

Decorate your property. If you would like to tie in with the event theme, most of our signage and decorations will be in icy blues with plenty of snowflakes! You can also join our cleanup effort in November. Volunteers will be sprucing up the area as part of Beautify Milpitas, and we'll be installing some temporary public art, too.

Plan a skating event for your employees and their families. We offer group sales discounts weekday afternoons, 1-4 p.m. and have some availaibility for larger private and semi-private parties on weekend late mornings.
