On June 12th, Stage Two from Alberta's Relaunch Strategy was announced. The launch of the second stage has allowed certain businesses such as libraries, personal services, movie theatres, and gyms to reopen and operate to serve customers, while continuing to practice proper hygiene, sanitation, and infection prevention as per Alberta Health Service's requirements. More details and information on protocols can be found on Alberta's Relaunch Strategy .
➡  Alberta Biz Connect  - The Government of Alberta developed the Biz Connect website as a resource to help businesses that are able to reopen within Stage Two to do so, while keeping staff and customers safe. The website includes a red tape reduction submission form to help you share your ideas on modernizing regulations and reducing red tape, especially for businesses, as they respond to COVID-19.

Step-By-Step Interactive Tool - The Government of Canada offers this guide to help individuals navigate through the different resources that are available to them. This tool includes information regarding other COVID-19 supports, programs, and services that can help support a business and their specific needs.

$5,000 Grant for Small Businesses to help with Relaunch Costs - The Government of Alberta will allow small and medium-sized businesses with less than 500 employees that had to close their business or have had their revenues severely cut, to apply for a $5,000 grant.
