CPD 2017 Police Officers Exam Recruitment
Project Description:
The Chicago Police Department (CPD) and the Department of Human Resources (DHR) are currently in the planning stages for the next Entry-Level Police Officer exam. The exam is anticipated to take place on April 1 and April 2, 2017. The Contractor will develop, implement, and coordinate a recruiting and outreach campaign geared towards increased applicant participation, specifically among the City of Chicago's minority population. The long-term goal of this project is to have a Chicago Police Department that reflects the City of Chicago's diverse population and its demographics through a combination of outreach, education, and messaging carefully developed through research of target communities and available resources.
