Dine for a Difference Recap

Last month’s Dine for a Difference at Appliance World was a truly unforgettable evening, filled with delicious food, heartfelt connection, and unwavering community support.

We’re incredibly grateful to everyone who joined us, from the generous attendees and passionate supporters to the incredible chefs, restaurants, and sponsors who made the night possible. Because of you, we’re able to continue turning compassion into action for families facing pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses.

Your presence made a meaningful impact, and together, we’re making a difference, one meal, one family, one child at a time.

South Woods Middle School Fundraiser

Thank You, South Woods Middle School. We are deeply honored to have been chosen as this year’s outreach project by the incredible students and staff of South Woods Middle School through their “South Woods C.A.R.E.S.” initiative, standing for Compassion, Awareness, Respect, Empathy, and Service.

Your commitment to learning about pediatric illness and supporting children and families through the Michael Magro Foundation means more than words can express. From the fall Walk-A-Thon to powerful classroom conversations and student-led projects, you’ve shown what it truly means to care.

As Principal Michelle Burget so beautifully shared,

“Our students are the better for their work in learning about and supporting the essential projects of the foundation created in Michael’s name.”

We’re incredibly grateful for your dedication to Michael’s legacy and to uplifting others.

Special thanks to Principal Burget, the outreach committee, and every student leader who chose to make a difference. Because of you, Michael’s story continues to inspire compassion and action. Together, we’re building a kinder, more empathetic generation.
